Want to be across the latest in ICT security? Need to provide your staff with the skills to address information security challenges?
Saltbush’s ICT security training course instructors are able to draw upon their considerable hands-on industry experience to enhance the value of the training presentations they deliver for your organisation.
Originally created to address the lack of specialist training services in information security related disciplines, Saltbush Training has been awarded Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status. This means we can issue Australian Qualification Framework qualifications and statements of attainment in Vocational Education and Training (VET) scheme. Our first short course under the VET scheme is Assessing and Managing Security Risk, the initial offering of what will be two units (a skill set) which will provide a pathway towards a Diploma of Government (Security).
DXC Saltbush can conduct a training needs analysis and specifically design or tailor a training course for your business. We offer in-house, off-site and on-line training delivery options. Saltbush is also authorised to conduct Protective Security Training College (PSTC) courses.
Saltbush Training is a qualified Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) training organisation, as endorsed through the ASD (Australian Signals Directorate’s) initiative to provide high quality information and communications technology services.
Through strong relationships with standards bodies including Standards Australia and the British Standards Institute, Saltbush Training provides security and quality certification services. We have auditors that are JAS/ANZ accredited for standards certifications including ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 27001 Information Security Management and ISO 20000 IT Service Management.
We also provide experienced training personnel to standards bodies to run training courses targeting audiences who wish to understand and obtain standards compliance.
