And it is a team here at Saltbush. We have the flattest of organisational structures – there is just one degree of separation between each staff member. Regular staff  meetings create a successful team dynamic, allowing the sharing of both company and personal development information. We also run a one-day company conference every year in which everyone has the opportunity to contribute to and critique our business plans. And of course, we enjoy the occasional social function!

Our extensive internal support system means our most experienced and expert resources are on-tap to ensure our consultants deliver the very best product they can, while getting the support they need to continue to develop. We strongly encourage a culture of peer-review for our deliverables — we see it as an important step to ensure not only the continued quality of the products we deliver but, equally as importantly, to develop and hone the skills of our team.
